Mortgage and lending professionals
Affiliate referrals · Real estate agents
Your referral network extends far beyond buyers and sellers.
Real estate agents routinely work with lenders, contractors, property managers, title and closing teams, insurance professionals, inspectors, and other local businesses. If one of those businesses is losing useful caller context to voicemail or inconsistent intake, that is a concrete reason to make an introduction to Magic Receptionist.

Referral fit
Listen for the operational problem.
- • The owner answers business calls personally while working with customers.
- • After-hours callers do not get a useful first response.
- • The business has no consistent intake questions for new inquiries.
- • The team wants caller context organized before a person returns the call.
What not to promise
Keep the introduction accurate.
- • Refer the problem you observed; do not invent product capabilities or business results.
- • Commission and attribution follow the approved Affiliate terms confirmed before activation.
- • If a partner wants to own, brand, bill, or administer the client relationship, the Reseller path is a separate review.
Questions
Before you make an introduction
Who can a real estate agent refer?
Any business in the agent's network can be a potential introduction when it has a genuine phone-intake problem and the Affiliate relationship allows the referral. Common examples include lenders, contractors, property managers, insurance professionals, title contacts, and other real estate teams.
Should I pitch Magic Receptionist to everyone in my network?
No. A useful referral starts with a real operational problem. If calls are already handled well, there is no reason to manufacture a pitch.
What happens after I make the introduction?
Aura handles the retail customer relationship and determines the appropriate Magic Receptionist setup with the customer. Attribution and any commission follow the approved Affiliate terms.
