Do I have to switch phone systems?

What happens during a call the AI can't handle?
We page your designated human team for an immediate callback if the caller asks for one or the conversation flags an edge case (legal threats, medical emergencies, carrier-specific pricing you didn't pre-load).

Can I white-label it for my customers?
Yes — the Partner Program supports tenants under your brand + domain. We're onboarding the founding cohort now; apply at /signup?plan=reseller and our team confirms partner setup within 1-3 business days.
Is it really HIPAA-aware for medical?
We do not claim HIPAA compliance out of the box. The medical vertical ships HIPAA-aware intake (no PHI logged in marketing transcripts, BAA available on request). The BAA + your acceptable-use scope is the compliance boundary when PHI is in scope. Pick Growth with vertical=medical at signup.
