Do I have to switch phone systems?

No. Forward your existing number to a Magic Receptionist line. Keep your current carrier, voicemail, and main line.

What happens during a call the AI can't handle?

We page your designated human team for an immediate callback if the caller asks for one or the conversation flags an edge case (legal threats, medical emergencies, carrier-specific pricing you didn't pre-load).

Is it really HIPAA-aware for medical?
