Affiliate field guide · Real estate agents
Real estate agents see the phone problems inside an entire local service network.
A transaction connects agents with lenders, inspectors, contractors, insurance professionals, title and closing teams, property managers, and other businesses. You often see which companies communicate well and which ones struggle to capture a new inquiry. That makes the network useful for referrals when there is a genuine first-contact problem.
Look for the work pattern, not the industry label
A contractor on a ladder cannot answer every call. A property manager may be handling tenant issues while a new owner inquiry arrives. A lender may be on a client call when another borrower calls in. The relevant question is not whether the company belongs to a particular vertical. It is whether incoming calls routinely arrive when nobody can do a useful first intake.
The referral should describe the problem accurately
“They miss calls when the team is busy” is useful context. “This will make you more money” is not evidence. Magic Receptionist can be evaluated around configured call handling, approved intake, and a defined next step. Exact outcomes depend on the customer's workflow and follow-up.
You do not need to become the implementation person
The Affiliate program is the referral path when Aura should own and bill the retail customer. If a partner needs to own, brand, bill, or administer the customer relationship, that is a separate Reseller conversation.
