Weekend coverage without overtime

Most body-shop closings happen Friday afternoon through Sunday night. Most weekend collisions trigger Monday-morning estimate searches — and the shop that responded Saturday wins the job.

Why weekends matter

Weekend collision-volume runs higher than any other 48-hour window: dense traffic, weather, and unfamiliar drivers. Customers want to start the claim process the same day. If you're not picking up, the next shop on the search results is.

How it's wired

  1. You set Saturday and Sunday hours to closed in the intake form.
  2. We add a Friday 5pm → Monday 7am forwarding rule on your line.
  3. The AI takes weekend calls; estimator gets a Monday-morning summary email of every call that came in.

What the AI books

Weekend calls aren't usually walk-in-now bookings. The AI captures the intake (vehicle, damage, drivability, carrier), offers an SMS link for damage photos, and proposes Monday or Tuesday slots. Your team confirms the booking when the office opens.

Validation

  1. Call your number Saturday morning. Confirm the AI picks up with the weekend opener.
  2. Submit a damage-photo upload via the SMS link. Confirm photos land in your tenant config.
  3. Monday morning: confirm the digest email arrived with all weekend calls summarized.

Pricing reality

Weekend-only deployment usually pencils out at ~$50/booking recovered. Most shops cover the Starter plan ($297) within 6-7 weekend bookings.

Tested + recommended

Many shops start with weekend-only and expand to after-hours within 60 days once the first month's results land.
