Affiliate Program Rules
Version affiliate-rules-v1-2026-09-17
1. Referral identity
Your personal referral code identifies attribution. It is not a customer discount or promotion code. Promotions, when offered, are separate.
2. Tracking and attribution
Magic Receptionist may record referral events and permitted attribution data. Persistent referral storage follows the site's privacy controls and applicable law. A click record does not by itself establish compensation.
3. Compensation is separate
No commission, revenue share, payout method, threshold, duration, or basis is established by these Rules. Compensation begins only after Aura Media Studios approves separate current written commercial terms and you accept them.
4. Accurate promotion
Use only current approved product, pricing, promotion, and capability claims. Do not invent discounts, guarantees, service levels, earnings claims, compliance claims, or capabilities.
5. Disclose the relationship
When you could receive compensation or another material benefit, clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship near the endorsement or referral link in language a reasonable customer can understand.
6. Communications and privacy
Use lawful marketing methods. Do not use deceptive messages, bypass opt-out or suppression controls, or imply Aura authorized a communication that it did not authorize.
7. Customer data and access
An Affiliate relationship does not grant access to a customer's private account, calls, transcripts, recordings, billing information, or tenant administration. Affiliate reporting is limited to the information specifically approved for the Affiliate role.
8. Fraud and duplicate credit
Duplicate, manipulated, automated, misleading, and suspicious referral activity may be investigated and corrected. Self-referrals and related-party transactions are not automatically commission-eligible and may require review under applicable commercial terms.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
Participation may be suspended or ended for fraud, abuse, material misrepresentation, privacy or communications violations, or other material breach. Material rule changes use a new version and apply prospectively.
10. Acceptance evidence
Affiliate signup records the Rules version and acceptance evidence. Rules acceptance is separate from any later commission-term acceptance.
